鼻内镜治疗难治性鼻出血121例疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of nasal endoscopy in the treatment of intractable epistaxis. Methods 121 patients with intractable epistaxis treated in our hospital from February 2010 to September 2013 were selected as the observation group and all the patients were given nasal endoscopic treatment. 121 patients with intractable epistaxis using nasal vaseline sliver stuffing treatment in our hospital in the corresponding period were selected as the control group. The clinical efficacy, rebleeding rate within 2 months, total blood loss amount, postoperative ventilation recovery time and postoperative nasal mucosa recovery time of the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5% and 100.0% respectively; The cure rate and total effective rate of the control group was 83.5% and 89.2% respectively; There existed statistically significant differences between the two groups (P <0.05). The observation group had significantly lower rebleeding rate within 2 months than the control group, less total blood loss amount than the control group, and shorter postoperative ventilation recovery time and postoperative nasal mucosa time than the control group, with statistically significant differences between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of intractable epistaxis, nasal endoscopy shows remarkable clinical effects and is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
