紧张型头痛患者中医心理紊乱状态与中医证候的相关性研究
Correlation study of traditional Chinese medicine psychological disorder status and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of patients with tension-type headache

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) psychological disorder status and TCM syndromes of patients with tension-type headache(TTH).Methods236 patients with TTH complicated by TCM psychological disorder status were observed clinically. The structured questionnaire was used to collect information and the database was established. The correlation between the TTH TCM psychological disorder status and TCM syndromes was investigated.ResultsFor the patients with excessive worry, the TCM syndromes were mainly wind phlegm and wind stasis; For the patientss with depression and discomfort, the TCM syndromes were mainly wind phlegm and wind stasis; For the patient with agitation and anxiety, the TCM syndromes were mainly wind heat; For the patients with depression and discomfort+excessive worry, the TCM syndromes were mainly wind phlegm and wind stasis; For the patients with depression and discomfort+agitation and anxiety, the TCM syndromes were mainly wind phlegm, wind heat and wind stasis; For the patients with drooping spirits, the TCM syndromes were mainly qi-blood deficiency, yang deficiency and congealing cold; For the patients with palpitation and uneasiness, the TCM syndromes were mainly qi-blood deficiency. Conclusion For the patients with TTH, the TCM psychological disorder status and the TCM syndromes are correlated.关键词
