Abstract
Objective To explore the association between C-reactive protein(CPR) and renal microvascular disease in diabetic.Methods 92 patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into normal albuminuria group(n=34), microalbuminuria group(n=32), macroalbuminuria group(n=24) according the Mogensen standards. 30 normal cases were selected as control group. The level of serum CPR were detected.Results The level of serum CPR in massive proteinuria group were higher than that in other three groups. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). The level of serum CPR in microalbuminuria group were significantly higher than that in normal albuminuria group and the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). There were positive correlation between the level of serum CPR and urinary albumin excretion Rate(UAE)(r=0.768,P<0.01).ConclusionThe level of serum CPR is closely related with microvascular lesions of diabetic nephropathy, which is a markers ideal of early diabetic renal damage.关键词
