Abstract
Objective To study the clinical value of butyl phthalide in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods From August 2011 to August 2013, 172 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and the research group, on the basis of improving blood circulation and antiplatelet drugs in the treatment of the two groups of patients, the control group patients treated with cytidine diphosphate choline intravenous, the research group patients treated with butyl phthalide, the clinical therapeutic effect in both groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the research group (95.35%) is significantly higher than that of the control group(82.56%), P<0.05. Conclusion Butyl phthalide in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve the blood rheology and clinical curative effect, worth of actively promotion.关键词
