Abstract
Objective To investigate the analysis of multislice CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism and application value. Methods We selected 102 patients with multislice CT scan, clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results 89 cases of pulmonary embolism patients occurred 40 branch of pulmonary artery embolism, CT imaging showed to the pulmonary artery trunk expansion;Pulmonary artery irregular filling defect, complete blockage, attached to the wall filling defect, etc.;Lung and lung ischemic change, or clinical manifestations as"Mosaic". The rest of the 13 patients by clinical follow-up CT imaging review after embolization, 12 patients with pulmonary embolism symptoms disappeared basically, 1 case of patients improved obviously. Conclusion Multislice CT scanning in the diagnosis of pulmonary artery embolism has significant curative effect, the equipment has no traumatic, organization is clear, the advantages of no pain patients, working in a quick scan can improve the image of space, time and resolution, has reached the top of imaging.关键词
