Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the position and role of hospital infection management in the prevention and control of hospital infectious diseases and propose my own opinions on how to enhance the prevention and control of hospital infectious diseases in the hospital infection management work. Methods Through searching the literature on the hospital infection management and the prevention and control of hospital infectious diseases and combining my own practical experience,the position and role,deficiencies and improving measures of the hospital infection management in the prevention and control of hospital infectious diseases are analyzed. Results In terms of rules and regulations,both "Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases"and "Management Standards of Hospital Infection"pointed out that a specialized department in charge of the prevention and control of hospital infectious diseases,the epidemic situation briefing and other work is needed in a hospital.The hospital infection management department is the main management unit of a hospital in charge of preventing and controlling hospital infectious diseases, and is the preventative and implementing agency established by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in charge of preventing and controlling infectious diseases.In practical work,the hospital infection managementdepartment was responsible for the briefing,monitoring and report of the epidemic situation of hospital infectious diseases,and plays the role of early warning and monitoring in large-scale infectious diseases such as SARS and H7N9. Conclusion Giving full play to the role of hospital infectionmanagement staffs in the prevention,control,monitoring, report,early warning and monitoring of infectious diseases is an important guarantee of fast and effective prevention and control of hospital infectious diseases.关键词
