Abstract
Objective To explore the application of ECG network information system in information decision of primary hospitals. Methods Composition of ECG network information system, including hardware and software, as well as its implementation measures, were analyzed. Results It was a undeniable trend to introduce and implement the ECG network information system, which realized a complete flow of information management, from appointment and registration, triage and calling number, and examination of ECG examination, to the integrated storage, analysis, editing, report, inquiry, clinical sharing and statistics and retrieval of ECG information. The application of ECG network information system based on the hospital information system (HIS) enables the ECG examination integrate into the entire information construction of the hospital, and eventually realizes the target of fully shared medical information. Conclusion Our hospital, as a primary hospital rated as second class and grade A, has learned the advantages as well as the disadvantages of the ECG network information system during its application. This article aims to provide important information and evidence for the information decision and further development of the ECG examination in primary hospitals.关键词
