Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical effect of endoscopic hemostasis combined with high dose PPIs in treatment for ANVUGIB. Methods 148 patients with ANVUGIB were selected in hospital from October 2011 to October 2013. According to treatment, patients were divided into two groups. 74 patients treated high dose PPIs as control group. 74 patients treated endoscopic hemostasis combined with high dose PPIs as observation group. Hemostatic effect and prognosis were compared between two groups. Results Hemostatic time, volume of blood transfusion, hospitalization time in observation group were significantly less than control group. Caesarean operation rate and rebleeding rate in observation group were significantly lower than control group. Differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic hemostasis combined with high dose PPIs are effective methods in treatment for ANVUGIB, which can significantly shorten hemostatic time and improve treatment effect. Endoscopic hemostasis combined with high dose PPIs are worthy of clinical use.关键词
