腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠的效果分析
An analysis of the effect of laparoscope in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscope in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 89 patients with ectopic pregnancy and unruptured gestational sacs who were admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were selected as research subjects. Treatment regimens were chosen depending on patients’free wills,in which 63 patients chose laparoscope and 26 patients chose laparotomy. Operation time,the amount of bleeding during operation,average hospitalization time and time of postoperative passage of gas between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Operation time was (52.2±11.4)min in the research group,and (60.1±15.7) min in the control group;the amount of bleeding during operation was (23.8±17.0)mL in the research group, and (44.5±23.8)mL in the control group, relatively larger;average hospitalization time in the research group was (4.4±1.5) days,relatively shorter, and (5.7±1.8)days in the control group;time of postoperative passage of gas was (16.9±6.2) h in the research group,and (27.8±12.1)h in the control group. The differences were all statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Laparoscope in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy has a significant effect and is better than the conventional laparotomy. It is therefore suitable for widespread promotion in primary hospitals.关键词
