摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect and safety of laparoscopic radical D2 gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods 140 patients with gastric cancer who were admitted to our hospital from June 2010 to December 2013 were selected and randomly assigned to an experimental group and a control group, with 70 patients in each group. The experimental group received laparoscopic radical D2 gastrectomy, while the control group received conventional radical D2 laparotomy.Surgical indices including amount of bleeding during surgery, surgery time, incision length and length of stays, number of dissected lymph nodes, lengths of resection margins, and incidence of postoperative complications were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The incision length, amount of bleeding, length of stays and incidence of complications in the experimental group were all significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Differences of the surgery time, number of dissected lymph nodes, and lengths of proximal and distal resection margins between the two groups were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic radical D2 gastrectomy for gastric cancer has less trauma, less bleeding, faster recovery and less complications. It has a better curative effect and a higher safety than a conventional laparotomy, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
