吸入一氧化氮联合高频振荡通气治疗新生儿持续肺动脉高压的临床研究
The clinical study of inhaled nitric oxide combined high-frequency oscillatory ventilation for treating newborn persistent pulmonary hypertension

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of inhaled nitric oxide combined high-frequency oscillatory ventilation for treating newborn persistent pulmonary hypertension. Methods Selected 60 newborn of persistent pulmonary hypertension under treatment from Nanhai District of Foshan City,Sixth People's Hospita,Foshan City,MCH neonatology,Guangdong Province MCH neonatology Neonatal intensinve care unit on June 2010 to June 2013,all cases were equally divided into treatment group and control group,both groups were received high frequency oscillatory ventilation,and the treatment group were added the inhaled nitric oxide therapy. Results The response rate of the treatment group and control group was 83.3% and 63.3% that compared had significant differences (P<0.05). The arterial PaO2,PaCO2,OI values and SPAP,SBP values compared between the two groups before mechanical ventilation had not significantly different(P<0.05), after mechanical ventilation,the PaO2, PaCO2 and SBP values were increased significantly, while the SPAP and OI values were decreased significantly and between the two groups compared had significantly different (P < 0.05).The overall complication rates of the pneumonia,hypotension,heart failure, sepsis after ventilation pneumonia between the two groups had significantly different (P < 0.05). Conclusion Inhaled nitric oxide combined high-frequency oscillatory ventilation for treating newborn persistent pulmonary hypertension was safe and effective,it can improve blood gas and blood pressure targets that should be widely applied.关键词
