摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy of erythromycin combined with azithromycin sequential therapy and azithromycin sequential therapy in children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods 122 children with mycoplasma pneumonia selected from May 2012 to December 2013 admitted to the pediatric department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, each group had 61 patients, the control group used azithromycin sequential therapy, the observation group used erythromycin combined with azithromycin sequential therapy, the treatment time were 2-3 courses of treatment. The efficacy, clinical symptoms and signs disappeared time, hospitalization time, incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The total efficiency in observation group was higher than the control group, the cooling time, cough disappeared time, rales disappeared time, chest X-ray shadow disappear time and hospital stay were shorter, incidence of adverse reactions was lower, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Erythromycin combined with azithromycin sequential therapy in children with mycoplasma pneumonia has remarkable efficacy, can quickly relieve the clinical signs and symptoms in children, shorter hospital stays, has higher security, can be clinical application.关键词
