顺铂同步放化疗方案治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of cisplatin combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of middle and advanced stage of cervical cancer. Methods 78 patients with middle and advanced stage of cervical cancer who were admitted to our hospital were allocated to a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods,with 39 patients in each group. The control group received radiotherapy alone, and the observation group received cisplatin combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Changes of white blood cells of patients with cervical cancer were re-examined weekly during radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and related symptoms were recorded. Hepatic and renal functions were re-examined every two weeks. Relapses and metastasis of tumor in half a year after the follow-up were observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.3%,significantly higher than that of 76.9% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Local relapse rate and metastasis rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion Cisplatin combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of middle and advanced stage of cervical cancer has an exact curative effect and helps lower relapse rate and metastasis rate,which is of great clinical significance.关键词
