Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and life quality evaluation of 1% pimecrolimus cream combined with desonide cream in the treatment of atopic dermatitis in young adults. Methods Sixty-four adults with atopic dermatitis were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 32 patients in each group.The control group was given desonide cream smearing over the afflicted part and the observation group was given combined l%pimecrolimus cream for 3 continuous weeks.The efficacy and skin lesion area,clinical symptom score of itching,and change of life quality DLQI of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group,the clinical cure rate reached 21.8% and the total effective rate after the treatment reached 90.6%,which were significantly higher than those of the control group respectively(P<0.05). The itching,skin lesion area and total clinical symptom score after the treatment of the observation group were 0.32±0.07, 0.39±0.14 and 1.73±0.26 respectively,which were significantly different from those of the control group(P < 0.05).The observation group had significantly improved scores of symptoms/feeling,leisure activities,work and study, interpersonal relationship,daily activities,treatment influence and total influence compared to the control group after the treatment(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of atopic dermatitis in young adults,1%pimecrolimus cream combined with desonide cream shows accurate efficacy and good safety and can obviously improve the patients'clinical symptoms,thus improves the patients'life quality,which is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
