摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe and contrast the application effect of the different methods of administration,how to use magnesium sulfate in the treating of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, provide the basis evidence for better effect of using magnesium sulfate in the treating of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy from now on. Methods To select the patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy from our hospital from January 2008 to December 2013,for the retrospective analysis, randomming for two groups,intramuscular injection(group A) and intravenous drip (group B),inside 50 cases in group A and 60 cases in group B.Observe the clinical manifestation (proteinuria、hydroncus、headache)、the changing of blood pressure and the occurrence of complication.At the same time observe the final result of pregnancy,in addition,follow the trail of giving a mark of Apgar with the neonatus. Results Analyse the treatment effect of the patients,at the clinical manifestation(proteinuria、hydroncus、headache)、the final result of pregnancy and the mark of Apgar with the neonatus,There is no statistical difference(P > 0.05). At the changing of blood pressure and the occurrence of complication, there is statistical difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion At treating of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,intramuscular injection and intravenous drip can improve the symptom,lower blood pressure effectively,lower the incidence rate of complication with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,ensure the safe of mother and baby,but the intravenous drip is better than intramuscular injection,it is worth to spread the application in clinic.关键词
