Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine in the staging, time-phasing and typing dialectical treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty-five patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from June 2012 to September 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the study group with 43 patients and the control group with 42 patients. Both groups received integrative medicine treatment, on the basis of which the study group also received staging, time-phasing and typing dialectical treatment. The clinical efficacy and the pre-treatment and post-treatment Chinese medicine disease type diagnostic scores and neurologic impairment scores of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.03%, which was significantly higher than the 78.57% of the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05); Before the treatment, the two groups of patients were not significantly different in the neurologic impairment score and Chinese medicine disease type diagnostic score (P>0.05);After the treatment, the study group was significantly lower than the control group in the scores of the two items (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of cerebral infarction, staging, time-phasing and typing dialectical Chinese medicine treatment shows remarkable efficacy and thus is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
