Abstract
Objecitve To investigates the change of IL-6, IL-12 and IL-33 in serum of patients with hepatitis C and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of IL-6, IL-12 and IL-33 in serum were detected in 30 cases of patients with hepatitis C, 30 cases of hepatitis C virus carriers and 30 cases of healthy control group by ELISA. Results Compared with the hepatitis C virus carriers and healthy control group, the expression level of IL-6, IL-12 and IL-33 in the serum of patients with hepatitis C was significantly elevated(P<0.01), and the expression level of IL-6, IL-12 and IL-33 in the serum of hepatitis C patients were significantly higher than that of hepatitis C virus carriers(P < 0.01); The content of IL-6, IL-12 and IL-33 in the serum of patients with hepatitis C were decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.01). Conclusion IL-6, IL-12 and IL-33-mediated immune responses involved in the pathogenesis of hepatitis C infection, and have certain clinical value in the pathogenesis of HCV infection.关键词
