摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the negative emotions and quality of life of psychological nursing intervention on the hypertension patients. Methods 110 patients with essential hypertension based on randomly were equally divided into treatment group and control group, both groups received conventional therapy and nursing intervention, and the treatment group were given the positively psychological nursing, the intervention period were one month. Results After the intervention, The efficiency of the treatment group and the control group were 98.2%and 87.3%respectively, the efficiency of the treatment group were significantly higher (P<0.05). The depression and anxiety scores of the treatment group scores were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05), the physiological function, social function, physical function and bodily pain scores of the treatment group were significantly higher that compared between the two group with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention in patients with hypertension can be effectively relieve negative emotions, improve efficacy and thereby improve the quality of life outcomes.关键词
