Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome. Methods Eighty patients were selected as the study subjects and evenly divided into two groups.The control group,consisting of 40 patients,received conventional nursing.The observation group,consisting of 40 patients,received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.The clinical effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Results After nursing treatment,the upper limb function rehabilitation situation of the observation group was extremely ideal,which had statistically significant difference to that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 85.0%(34/40),which was far higher than the 62.5%(25/40) of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing guidance in stroke hemiplegia shows good efficacy and can improve the patients'limb function and living abilities.关键词
