摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of transumbilical single hole laparoscopic tubal excision in treatment of patients with tubal pregnancy. Methods 60 admitted cases with tubal pregnancy from May-Dec. 2013 were randomly divided into observer group and control group, each with 30 cases. The observer group was treated by transumbilical single port laparoscopic tubal resection, and the control group was treated by conventional laparoscopic salpingectomy. Operation time, bleeding volume, hospital stay and postoperative pain score of 2 groups were noted and compared. Results Operation were all successful, no conversion to open surgery and no complications during operation, there was no cases increased holes in observer group. The observation group whose operation time, bleedingvolume, postoperative pain score and hospital stay were (42.5±6.5)min,(12.5±3.8)mL, (2.6±1.1),(2.1±1.3)d respectively, while control group were (18.2±6.7)min, (11.9±3.9)mL,(3.1±0.9), (2.3±1.4)d respectively. There was statistically significant differences on operation time (x2=14.258, P=0.000), no statistical significance on bleeding volume, postoperative pain score, and hospital stay (P>0.05). Conclusion Transumbilical single port laparoscopic operation in treatment of tubal pregnancy with no scar, less pain, rapid recovery, and with accumulating operative experience, operation time can be shortened, with clinical promotion.关键词
