摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Calsurf joint Magnesium sulfate in treatment of neonatal pulmonary hypertension.Methods 189 patients with pulmonary artery pressure from 2010, 1 to 2012, 1 in our hospital, who were given kelisu combined Magnesium sulfate for treatment based on the application of mechanical ventilation in ventilator, symptoms, arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2),partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2)and pH etc were observed and recorded before and after treatment.Results 121 cases of 189 were cured,45 cases were improved and request to leave the hospital,20 cases (including 9 deaths) were invalid,3 cases giving up treatment of death (1 cases was meconium aspiration syndrome,2 cases were asphyxia),the total effective rate of kelisu combined Magnesium sulfate for treatment was 89.2%. ConclusionKelisu combined with Magnesium sulfate has a significant effect in treatment of neonatal pulmonary hypertension curative which can be used as a clinical treatment measures of neonatal pulmonary hypertension,and is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
