Abstract
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of combine therapy of atomizing inhalation of tanreqing injection and Thymopentin-5 on upper respiratory infection. Methods 120 cases of upper respiratory infection in ENT department on 2013 were randomly divided into 2 groups. Base on the routine treatment, giving the control group treated with atomizing inhalation of tanreqing injection, and giving the treatment group plus atomizing inhalation of tanreqing injection combined with thymopentin-5. Observed the effects of continuous therapy of 3 to 5 days.Results In the treatment group, the symptoms of hoarseness, itch throat, sore throat and cough were reduced in shorter time, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The total response in treatment group was 98.3%, and the control group was 86.7%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Combine therapy of atomizing inhalation of tanreqing injection and thymopentin-5 on upper respiratory infection has shorter course and better curative effects, and it is well worth on clinical application.关键词
