Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine for pediatric respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia.Methods Selected 60 cases with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia phlegm off the lung from 2011.1.1 to 2013.12.31 were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty cases of control group were treated by conventional therapy, and 30 cases of observation group were treated by Qingfei oral by qingfei detoxification therapy. Clinical efficacy and clinical recovery were compared between two groups.Results Total efficiency rate of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05). Children with fever time, cough time, phlegm disappearance time, lung auscultation disappearance of observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Integration of observation group after treatment was better than control group(P<0.05).ConclusionQingfei detoxification for pediatric respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia by qingfei detoxification therapy shows significant treatment clinicaleffect, and can improve clinical recovery, worty of clinical promotion.关键词
