Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical significance of color Doppler ultrasound towards lower deep venous thrombosis after major orthopedic surgery.Methods532 patients who received major orthopedic surgery from January 2010 to December 2013 were selected as research subjects. Their conditions of deep venous thrombosis 1 week and 2 weeks after the major orthopedic surgery were analyzed via color Doppler ultrasound. Results Among the 532 patients examined by the color Doppler ultrasound, deep venous thrombosis was detected in 208 patients after the surgery, and the incidence reached 39.10%. Thrombosis in unilateral limb was detected in 172 patients, accounting for 82.69% of the total patients with thrombosis; deep venous thrombosis in bilateral limbs was detected in 36 patients, accounting for 17.31% of the total; 166 patients were detected with the symptom 1 week after the surgery, accounting for 79.80% of the total. Patients detected with the symptom 2 weeks after the surgery accounted for 18.75% of the total.Conclusion The peak period for the formation of deep venous thrombosis is 1 week after the major orthopedic surgery. The color Doppler ultrasound has the advantages of being non-invasive, accurate and highly sensitive, and is suggested to be the first choice of examining deep venous thrombosis after major orthopedic surgery.关键词
