摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo evaluate the application value of humanistic care nursing in enhanced MRI scan. Methods200 patients were divided into 2 groups with each group of 100 patients, and each group was divided into 4 levels: no discomfort, mild discomfort, obvious discomfort, and adverse reactions. GE HDX 1.5 T superconducting magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanner was used for conventional scan and enhanced MRI scan. Chi-square statistics was used to analyze the parameters in each group according to the patients' satisfaction of enhanced MRI scan.ResultsNo obvious discomfort was seen in control group and observation group. And in control group, 17 cases were mild discomfort and 6 cases had adverse reactions, the scores of satisfactory degree were 75. In observation group, 5 cases were mild discomfort and 1 case had adverse reactions, the scores of satisfactory degree were 90. Chi-square test was used to analyze discomfort in the two groups (x2= 8.4795,P=0.004; respectively). Chi-square test was used to analyze discomfort with adverse reactions, and satisfaction in the two groups (x2=11.6506,P=0.001;x2=7.792,P=0.005; respectively).Discomfort with adverse reactions, and satisfaction were both statistically significant between the control group and the observation group.Conclusion Humanistic care nursing has an important value in enhanced MRI scan.关键词
