Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the recent curative result and aesthetics effect of immediate implants after the removal of the anterior teeth.Methods 39 cases were observed in which 41teeth implants were immediately done after anterior teeth were removed, with temporary crown restoration at the same time.Six months later permanent porcelain crown repair was done. The following 1 to 7 years, the situation of soft and hard tissue and the coordination of adjacent nature teeth labial were observed and evaluated. Comprehensive evaluation was analyzed through the subjective evaluation and clinical examination.Results 43 implants achieved good bone integration. No implant looseness was observed and the appearances of implant surrounding soft tissue were normal. Harmonious relationship of gingival margin and the color between the implant restoration and the nature teeth was observed in 28 implant sites while 15 sites showed minor discrepancies. The patients were satisfied with the aesthetic effect of implant supported dentures.ConclusionClinical curative effect and aesthetic effect can be obtained after immediate implant prosthesis as long as the operator strictly grasps the adaptability and applies the correct surgical skills and strict procedures.关键词
