饮食运动控制妊娠期糖尿病结局分析
Outcome analysis of diet and exercise in the control of gestational diabetes
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the outcome effect of diet and exercise in the control of gestational diabetes. Methods 120 cases with gestational diabetes in obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital were selected,and they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group (each had 60 cases),the patients in the control group were received conventional therapy,the patients in the treatment group were received conventional therapy and diet control,exercise guidance,compared the outcome of the two groups.ResultsThe FPG、2hPG levels of the treatment were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);Meanwhile,the incidence of huge children,neonatal asphyxia, stillbirth,fetal malformations,fetal distress were also significantly lower than the control group,the differences had statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion It can effectively improve glycemic control,improve pregnancy outcomes of targeted diet control and exercise guidance for pregnant women with gestational diabetes,it has important applications.关键词
