超声清创术在糖尿病足溃疡治疗中的疗效观察
The curative effect observation of ultrasonic debridement in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of ultrasonic debridement in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. Methods 62 patients with diabetic foot ulcers were divided into the experimental group(32cases) and the control group(30cases).The experimental group was given ultrasonic debridement therapy and the traditional debridement method was applied in the control group. The effect of treatment, pain scores, the healing time, the ratio of reduction of the surface of wounds and average number of bacteria were compared between the two groups. Results There were statically significant differences in the comparison of the pain scores, the healing time, the average number of bacteria, the effect of treatment and ratio of reduction of the surface of wounds between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The ultrasonic debridement can effectively remove the pathogen and foreign matters of wounds, shorten the treatment time, promote the healing of and comfort of the patients.关键词
