Abstract
Objective To understand the Guangzhou Xingtang aera of suspected patients with genital herpes simplex virus type 2 infection, in order to provide reference for clinical prevention and control. Methods Real-time fluorescene quantitative RT-PCR methods were used to test herpes simplex virus type 2 nucleic acid in 475 cases of suspected outpatients with genital herpes. Results(1)In 475 cases of patients with suspected genital herpes HSV-2 positive patients detected 270 cases, the total positive rate was 56.84%(270/475), the positive rate of 61.16%among males(154/256); women positive rate was 52.97%(116/219), there was no significant difference of the positive detection rate between male and female(P>0.05).(2)Namely the four ages <20 years, 20 to 40 years, 41 to 60 years>60 years, and there positive rate was29.3%(8/27), respectively, 70.23%(184/262),46.94%(69/147),23.08%(9/39), 20 to 40 age group the incidence of 70.23%, significantly higher than the other three age groups, There were significant differences between groups. Conclusion Xintang region of herpes simplex virus type 2 infection rate was 56.84%, 20-40 years old the highest detection rate of viral nucleic acid, however, no gender differences in infection rates. Real-time quantitative RT-PCR method has high sensitivity, convenience and other advantages in the detection of herpes simplex virus type 2, it can diagnosis suspected patients with genital herpes early in order to avoid the occurrence of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, worthy of clinical application.关键词
