Abstract
Objective To explore the obstetrical inpatients' satisfaction to pain nursing and understand the obstetrical nurses' pain nursing level and pain nursing attitude. Methods The questionnaire was used to investigate the patients' satisfaction to pain. One hundred obstetrical patients of two hospitals in our District were selected randomly, including 50 patients of hospital A and 50 patients of hospital B. The pregnant women's satisfaction to pain nursing of the two groups was analyzed comparatively. Results The pregnant women went through varying degrees of pain during labor. The nursing satisfaction rate of hospital A was 86%and that of hospital B was 88%(P>0.05). In hospital A, 14%of patients were not satisfied;In hospital B, 12%of patients were not satisfied. It can be seen that postpartum pain of pregnant women was not solved completely. Conclusion Currently, in the obstetrical department, the pain nursing capability needs improving and the drug tolerance and addiction to pain drugs need further understanding. Professional pain nursing courses can be opened to improve the nursing staffs' pain nursing level.关键词
