Abstract
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect and safety of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate and enucleation of prostate for patients with prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 202 patients with prostatic hyperplasia from Feb 2011 to Nov 2013 were selected as research objects and randomly assigned to two groups. GroupⅠ was given transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate while Group Ⅱ was given transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation of prostate. The operation duration, blood loss and complication rate were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The enucleation group had less intraoperative blood loss and lower complication rate than the resection group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05). The enucleation group and the resection group had no significant difference in operation duration, RUV and IPSS score,without statistical significance(P > 0.05). Conclusion Transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation of prostate demonstrates good effects on patients with prostatic hyperplasia. It does not only guarantee therapeutic effects but also reduce trauma and complications, which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
