摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect and nursing of internal fixation with vacuumsealing drainage in tibiofibula fracture patients. Methods 50 cases of tibiofibula patients received from January 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(25 cases) and control group(25 cases).control group were treated with primary debridement, external fixation, postoperative dressing changes, second phase surgical internal fixation, observation group were treated with internal fixation combined with VSD. The clinical effect of both groups were compared. Results 25 cases of observation group completely healed without infection, 4 cases of control group fracture bone healing delayed. Compared with control group, the length of hospital stay of observation group and second phase wound repairing time were shorter, wound infection rate reduced, there was significantly difference (P<0.05);Nursing quality in both groups was satisfied. Conclusion The vacuum assisted closure technology can gain good effect; Effective nursing is benefit for surgery quality and patients' recovery and increase patients' and doctors' satisfaction.关键词
