摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of LED white light treatment in pathological jaundice in low birth weight Infants. Methods 53 cases of pathological jaundice low birth weight infants were divided randomly into 2 groups, the infant in the treatment group of 28 patients were given LED white light treatment, control group was composed of 25 patients and given conventional blue light treatment. Results The therapeutic group was better than the control group on the average value of declining of bilirubin(P<0.05), and the treatment group's side effect formation rate was also lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of pathological jaundice of low birth weight Infants by LED white light are efficacious and safe, and treatment time can be shortened.关键词
