抗精子抗体对不孕不育和流产患者的影响分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of anti-sperm antibodies(AsAb) on the patients with infertility and miscarriage. Methods 278 patients with infertility and recurrent spontaneous abortion were selected and 100 healthy physical examinees in the corresponding period were selected as the control group. The ELISA method was used to detect the serum AsAb of both grous. Results The serum AsAb positive rate of male infertile patients was 22.35%,which was significantly lower than the 34.18% of female infertile patients(P < 0.05);The serum AsAb positive rate of the infertile group was 30.04%,which was not significantly different from the 28.57% of the abortion group(P>0.05),but both were significantly higher than the 2.00%of the control group(P<0.05);The serum AsAb positive rate of the primary infertile group was 31.05%,which was not significantly different from the 26.42% of the secondary infertile group(P > 0.05);The serum AsAb positive rate of the early abortion(gestational weeks < 12 weeks) patients was 42.86%,which was significantly higher than the 7.14% of the late abortion patients(≥ 12 weeks)(P<0.05). Conclusion AsAb can lead to infertility and recurrent spontaneous abortion.关键词
