Abstract
Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for angle-closure glaucoma. Methods Selected 38 cases(43 eyes) with angle-closure glaucoma were retrospectively analyzed. All cases were treated by phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation. Clinical efficacy was analyzed. Results Intraocular pressure after operation was decreased apparently compared with that of before operation(P<0.01). Corrected visual acuity after operation was increased apparently compared with that of before operation(P<0.01). Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for angle-closure glaucoma can decrease intraocular pressure and increase corrected visual acuity, worthy of clinical application.关键词
