Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect observation of vertebral bone grafting and internal fixation with paraspinal muscle approach in treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture. Methods A retrospective analysis about clinical data of 32 cases with thoracolumbar burst fracture in our hospital was operated, all cases underwent vertebral bone grafting and internal fixation with paraspinal muscle approach treatment, followed up after operation. Results In 32 cases, the average operation time was (76.4±4.7) min, the mean intraoperative bleeding was (152.7±12.6) mL, anterior vertebral height and sagittal Cobb were better than before, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). All incisions were healed well after operation, there were no significant complications. Conclusion Taking vertebral bone grafting and internal fixation with paraspinal muscle approach in treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture is safe and feasible, and has good effect, worthy of clinical use.关键词
