改良细导管引流治疗老年患者胸腔积液的临床研究
Clinical study on treatment of pleural effusion with improved small catheter for closing drainage in elder patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect on treatment of pleural effusion with improved small catheter for closing drainage. Methods 100 elder patients with pleural effusion were divided into the objective group and control group. The conventional treatment and nursing plan was used in all the patients. The improved small catheter for closing drainage was used in the objective group. The amount of output, the effusion disappear time, length of hospital stay, complication rate, subjective experience and life quality in the hospital were compared between the two groups. Results The amount of output in the objective group was more. The effusion disappear time and length of hospital stay were less. The complication rate in the pancreas islet was lower, and the subjective experience and life quality were better in the objective group than those in the control group. Conclusion It can get a satisfaction effect to use improved small catheter in the treatment of pleural effusion for closing drainage, with bettet clinical effect and less complications.关键词
