透明质酸钠凝胶对人工流产术后宫腔粘连的预防价值探究OA

目的：探讨透明质酸钠凝胶对人工流产术后宫腔粘连的预防价值探究。方法将2009年4月～2013年5月在我院进行人工流产手术治疗的318例患者分组进行对比分析。实验组患者在常规治疗的基础上采用注入透明质酸钠凝胶进行药物治疗，对照组患者采用常规治疗。治疗结束后，对两组患者的相关指标进行对比，分析其疗效。结果对两组患者治疗结束后的各项指标进行检测，发现实验组腹痛持续时间、月经复潮时间、阴道流血状况、宫腔粘连等情况都有显著改善，实验组指标分别为（24.73…查看全部>>
