摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intrathecal injection of methylprednisolone for the treatment of multiple sclerosis patients. Methods Our hospital receiving treatment of 40 cases of multiple sclerosis were analyzed,the patients were randomly divided into two groups of time.The control group using safflower,edaravone,mecobalamin and combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy,the experimental group in the control group based on the combined with intrathecal injection of methylprednisolone treatment,treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results In the experimental group, the total effective rate was 90%and the control group compared with the significant advantage(65%)(P<0.05);the experiment group were higher in our hospital overall satisfaction in our hospital after treatment,up to 90%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);clinical symptoms in experimental group was(18.80±3.45),nerve function symptoms score(9.11±2.40), EDSS score(6.43±1.71) and compared with the control group,a significant advantage(P<0.05);the experiment group after treatment in our hospital(2.6±0.4) shorter than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Edaravone and Mecobalamin,safflower,at the same time with Chinese medicine treatment based on the use of intrathecal injection of methylprednisolone for the treatment of multiple sclerosis disease effect,is worthy to be popularized.关键词
