Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of benazepril combined with spironolactone in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease complicated with congestive heart failure. Methods 80 patients with hypertensive heart disease complicated with congestive heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from April 2011 to April 2013 were selected as research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, a control group and a treatment group. The control group received benazepril, and the treatment group received benazepril combined with spironolactone. Clinical effects in the two groups were observed. Results After the treatment, 18 patients in the treatment group were significantly effective and 20 patients were effective, with the total effective rate of 95.0%. 15 patients in the control group were significantly effective and 19 patients were effective, with the total effective of 85.0%. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05); exercise tolerance of a 6-min walk and LVEF in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Benazepril combined with spironolactone in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease complicated with congestive heart failure helps effectively improve patients' heart functions and has a significant curative effect, which is worthy of widespread promotion.关键词
