Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing interventions on the life quality of patients receiving hemodialysis. Methods 200 patients requiring hemodialysis in our hospital from Oct 2012 to Oct 2013 were selected and randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group. The control group was given conventional hemodialysis nursing while the observation group was given additional comprehensive nursing interventions on the basis. SF-36 quality of life scale was used for post-intervention evaluation on the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly lower incidence of hyperkalemia and other acute diseases, and higher emotional score, health index, general emotional index and life satisfaction, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions can effectively maintain the life quality of patients receiving hemodialysis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
