摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical features, treatment and prevention of abdominal wall endometriosis. Methods The patients who were diagnosed with abdominal wall endometrioma within 10 years in our hospital as research subjects,we did research on the age,parity,symptoms,operation history,the initial diagnosis,diagnostic methods,the implementation of operation and recurrence. Results 40 cases with an average age of (32.3±5.2)years old have operation scar at or near the mass in lower abdominal.The main symptom wss periodic(40%,n=16)or non periodic(45%,n=18)pain,the average duration time was(18.2 ±23.4)months.The accuracy of preoperative diagnosis was (47.5%,n=19).3 cases of operation were failure (3/33,9.1%)and implemented the second operation. Conclusion The abdominal wall endometriosis after operation is related to Iatrogenic endometrial implants,operation is the first choice of treatment, prevention is important.关键词
