Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of family doctor service team in thecommunity health education for diabetes. Methods 300 cases community diabetic patients were selected as research object from December 2011to May 2013. On the basis of drug treatment, the family doctor service team was applied to them. The disease control, quality of life and satisfaction of patients were then surveyed. Results After the service, fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose and body mass index of 300 cases patients respectively reached (6.5±1.1)mmol, (9.1±2.1) mmol and(23.1±1.8)kg/m2, which all better than pre-service(P < 0.01). The SF-36 health questionnaire score was significantly better than the previous service, with statistical difference(P<0.01). Patient satisfaction for this service reached 97.33%. Conclusion Family doctor service team is beneficial to disease control of community diabetic patients. It has a good improvement for quality of life, which is worthy of promotion and implementation.关键词
