Abstract
Objective To explore the recovery effect of early enteral nutrition on gastrointestinal function of patients with hepatobiliaryoperation. Methods 85 patients of hepatoma, liver hemangioma, liver cirrhosis, portal hypertension in our hospital were all selected from 2010 June to 2013 June, and all patients were randomly divided into study group 43 cases andcontrol group of 42 cases. The clinical efficacy of two groups, gastrointestinal function indexes before and after treatment, including serum albumin(ALB), prealbumin(PA), prognostic nutritional index(PNI) and other functional indexes were all observed. At the same time, the the time of improve andoperation on gastrointestinal and function recovery after hospitalization time were all compared. Results ALB, PA and PNIof the study group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Gastrointestinal functional of improve the time and postoperative hospitalization treatment time of study group were shorter than the control group(P < 0.05). The total efficiency of Research group was 95.35%, which was significantly higher than that in control group 83.33%(P < 0.05). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition has a positive effects on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery and Department of hepatobiliary surgery, convenient administration, low cost, it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
