Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy and nursing effect of medication combined with narrow-band UVB for treatment of psoriasis. Methods 68 patients with psoriasis treated in the Dermatology Department of our hospital from Feb 2013 to Feb 2014 were selected and equally assigned to the observation group (34 cases) and the control group (34 cases) by random number method. The observation group was given medication for external use in combination with narrow-band UVB treatment while the control group was given conventional medication for external use. The clinical effect, adverse effect and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after treatment and nursing care for 2 months. Results The observation group had better outcome in total effective rate, adverse effect and nursing satisfaction than the control group, with statistical sign ificance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Medication combined with narrow-band UVB treatment demonstrates excellent clinical efficacy for psoriasis. Patients are generally satisfied with the therapeutic outcome and the patients and their relatives are generally satisfied with the nursing outcome. The treatment is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
