Abstract
Objective To observe the effect difference of insulin aspart 30 by different injection times in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods70 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated with insulin aspart 30 in our hospital from April 2010 to July 2013 were the research object, and they were randomly divided into group A(bid by hypodermic injection group)35 cases and group B(tid by hypodermic injection group)35 cases, then the total effective rates of blood glucose control and blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, glucopenia rates of two groups before and after the treatment were analyzed and compared. ResultsThe group B's total effective rates of blood glucose control after the treatment were higher than those of group A, blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels were lower than those of group A, glucopenia rates were lower than those of group A too, all P<0.05, there were all significant differences.Conclusion The effect of insulin aspart 30 tid by hypodermic injection group in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is relatively better, and the glucopenia rate is relatively lower.关键词
