Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention in patients with irritable bowel syndrome. Methods Of 170 patients with irritable bowel syndrome patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,each group of 85 cases,control group only in routine nursing intervention,the experimental group on the basis of conventional intervention to psychological intervention,3 months after,self-test health score of two groups were evaluated by the self-test health rating scale (SRHMS).Results Self-test each dimension score comparison of the health situation,the difference had statistical significance in two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Early psychological intervention for patients with irritable bowel syndrome to eliminate the adverse psychological,promote rehabilitation and improve the quality of life.关键词
