Abstract
Objective To improve the nursing quality of postpartum hemorrhage and to reduce postpartum complications and maternal and infant mortality.Methods Data of postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital in the recent five years were summarized, and reasons of hemorrhage and high risk factors were analyzed.ResultsThe main reason for postpartum hemorrhage was uterine inertia, and the high risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage were placenta previa and abortion.ConclusionThe main reason for postpartum hemorrhage was uterine inertia, but factors of placenta and other reasons should not be ignored. In order to effectively reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, obstetrical nursing quality should be improved, antenatal care should be enhanced, stage of labor should be properly managed, postpartum observation should be strengthened, and necessary postpartum health care should be promoted.关键词
