Abstract
Objective To explore the teaching approaches and effectiveness evaluation for cerebrovascular disease clinical novitiate courses among neurosurgery students.Methods Retrospective summary was conducted on the material of 90 neurosurgery students who took cerebrovascular disease novitiate courses in our hospital. The teaching satisfaction questionnaire and examination results were analyzed based on different teaching approaches in order to compare between-group differences based on statistical methods.Results As for examinations on course completion,the average theory examination score and practice examination score for the cerebral aneurysm course was(88.2±6.8)and(94.7±5.1)respectively,significantly higher than the control group.The similar trend was observed for the examination score of the cerebral artery malformation course.As for teaching satisfaction,20(44.4%) students were extremely satisfied with the teaching approaches after study completion,and only 1 student was not satisfied.The observation group had significantly better satisfaction result than the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionCombination of traditional approaches and problem-based teaching approaches is conducive to improving studying effects.关键词
