150例白内障合并高度近视应用改良超声乳化手术的临床疗效分析

Abstract
ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical effect of improved ultrasonic emulsification operation used in the treatment of cataract with high myopia.Methods The data were selected from August 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital for cataract and 138 cases of high myopia patients (150 eyes), were randomly divided into control group and study group, 73 cases (75 eyes) in control group underwent ultrasonic emulsification operation, 65 cases (75 eyes) underwent phacoemulsification in patients of the study group operation, the comparative analysis of two groups of patients before and after operation data. Results after operation, the patients 1 months after surgery, corneal endothelial cell count, postoperative corneal endothelial cell count and in 3 months the rate of postoperative complications was significantly better than the control group, compared the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion cataract with high myopia phacoemulsification operation with improved clinical efficacy, is worthy of application and research.关键词
